Nothing but a hassleIf I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience. You can plan on the food being delivered but then it doesn’t come. A million excuses…driver was in an accident, unplanned delay, something is compromised and you have to wait another day. So, if you plan on it coming, get ready to order pizza. But wait, there’s more… you pick your meals but get ready for at least half your order being a surprise. Try contacting customer service with their chat, you get conflicting responses, no response, calls where you answer and they hang up. You are better off stocking up on some peanut butter and jelly. I canceled last week. I was told you have one more order coming. Oh, they took the money. It took one hour today to find out that it is not coming. Let’s see how long the refund takes. I would rather starve than use this service.

Don’t Get Trapped Like I Did – Refund RefusedUnlike other meal services like Home Chef they send multiple email reminders before charging me. Eat Clean To Go charged my card without any notice at all. I came home to a surprise box of meals I never ordered or agreed to. I called customer service and was told four different times that I’d be refunded. Weeks later, I’m still waiting. No follow-through, no accountability. To make things worse, the meals tasted like they had been frozen and then thawed like they were stale, with an odd texture and a weird, off flavor. Nothing tasted fresh. This is not how a subscription service should operate. Home Chef notifies me 2–3 times before each charge, and they’re consistent, transparent, and reliable. I highly recommend them instead. Eat Clean To Go has been a disappointing and a frustrating experience. I would not trust them with your money. All they care about is it got delivered nothing else.

THEY STEAL MONEYDO NOT USE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT ETHICAL AT ALL. The first order I received did not have the amount of meals I paid for or the correct meals. The second order had incorrect items. I canceled before the third and they still charged me. I never received anything on the third AND I'm still fighting to get a refund since April. PLEASE do not waste your time and money on this company! This company should be shut down.
